This creamy sriracha mayonnaise recipe is for those of us attracted to bold flavors with strong personalities. It’s not for timid palettes or individuals who lack the proper intestinal fortitude for spicy morning constitutionals. No matter what you drizzle it on it’s legitimately delish, but as my husband’s grandmother would say, ‘it will leave you sweatin’ like a whore in church!‘
Sriracha is one of these cheeky hipster sauces that compliments asian dishes and redneck challenges of masculinity because it has some serious kick to it. When you turn it into its creamier cousin you’ll quickly find that it pairs nicely with just about everything. I use my creamy sriracha mayonnaise as a topping for fish, steak, hamburgers, sweet potato fries (ohhhhh yeeeessss!), salads, vegetables and <insert just about any food here>. It’s that good.
So, let’s make it.

My healthy version of creamy Sriracha sauce that can be used as a topping for just about anything. It's also wonderful as a salad dressing or as a vegetable dip.
