The Difference Between Whey Protein Isolate and Whey Protein Concentrate

Please note that since I posted this video (2012) some of the formulations have changed in the protein powders. I have updated the post, however the two flavored “concentrate” formulas I use now have “isolate” in the mix as well. Rest assured both are non-denatured and of great quality.

Trying to choose a protein powder seems easy but with all of the choices out there, it’s often very confusing. You’ll learn what whey is and what the difference is between whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate. Once you determine whether you’re an isolate or a concentrate type of person you’ll be able to choose a flavor below and it will take you to the specific brand I use and/or recommend.
